Payment Policy

If we have applied reverse-charged VAT to your invoice, we have assessed our services as a telecommunication service as referred to in Article 2a paragraph 1r OB Act 1968 (https://wetten.overheid.nl/BWBR0002629/2017-03-10) to a reseller of telecommunication services. Pursuant to Article 24ba, paragraph 1h of the 1968 OB Implementing Decree (https://wetten.overheid.nl/BWBR0002633/2018-01-01), we must apply reverse-charged VAT to resellers of telecommunications services. We have assessed any goods supplied to the telecommunication service for VAT purposes as subordinate to the telecommunication service.

If we have applied VAT (21%) to your invoice, we have assessed our services as a separate delivery of goods or as a telecommunication service to an end user (who cannot be regarded as a reseller of telecommunication services).

Delivery Policy

We ship orders by registered mail (signature required upon receipt) on office days between 09:00 and 16:00. If ordered before 2 p.m., it will be shipped the same day, unless stated otherwise.

For orders within the Netherlands, € 15.00 (excluding VAT) will be charged. For orders in Belgium, € 25.00 (excluding VAT) will be charged. For a delivery address outside the Netherlands and Belgium, please contact us for the shipping costs.

We ship all our orders via PostNL. When we have shipped your order you will receive a track & trace code via our ticketing system. The order is well packed so that the contents are not damaged.

Within the Netherlands and Belgium we usually deliver within 24 to 48 hours. For destinations outside the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery time per country may be longer in accordance with PostNL's working method.

Almost all our products are in stock. In the unlikely event that the product you have ordered is not in stock, we cannot meet the aforementioned deadlines. We will inform you about the possible delivery time by e-mail. This delivery time is always indicative and no rights can be derived from it.

For a number of products, a longer delivery period applies due to technical work, this is then explicitly stated when ordering the product.

Refund Policy

As a business customer (company), the following rules apply with regard to the right of withdrawal. Thingsdata is not legally obliged to offer you the right of withdrawal, as this applies to consumers (individuals) only. If you want to use our return option, you are required to send an email to info@thingsdata.nl.

Returning items that are not kept in stock as standard and that have been specially ordered for you is not possible for business customers. You can only return the item if the item is complete including the accessories supplied, it is in the original undamaged packaging and the item is in its original condition. Please note: preferably enclose the packing slip or invoice in the packaging. Return costs are associated with the return, these are for your own account. After receipt of the return order, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 14 days.

If there are still outstanding invoices, we will not refund, but will settle the amount with this outstanding balance.

Additional Info
